Specific Description

The fee structure is primarily determined by parameters such as shelf size, placement location, and usable area. The allocation of all spaces will be arranged through consultation. We will carefully consider which space can best present and highlight your brand and products. This may be adjusted depending on the type of products you offer. Below is an approximate monthly rental estimate (excluding VAT):

Management registration fee: €19, one time charge. Brands completing registration in January are exempt from this fee.

Sales Commission

10% the price of the product. The transaction amount is based on the actual received amount recorded in the store system.

Payment must be completed before the 5th of each month. Annual cooperative customers can apply for rent reduction discounts. 

The 1st to 10th of each month is the verification period for the previous month's sales data. After both parties confirm the data is correct, the
transaction will be completed before the10th, detailed sales statements can be requested for inquiry at anytime.

The initial lease term is 3 months. After that, the lease can be terminated on a monthly basis by either party with a one-month notice period. Our store is located in the city center of Delft. You can replenish your inventory in person, or you can send your products to us, and our team will arrange them for you.

All products must be securely affixed with a price tag or label that clearly indicates the price (including VAT) and your unique Brand ID code (the Brand ID code is system-generated). We can provide barcodes for the products. We also understand that some products may be too small or that you may prefer to create your own price tags. However, please ensure that your Brand ID code and the price are firmly attached to the product. If the label is missing, the system will be unable to complete the sale.
