Specific Description
Different fee tiers are divided based on parameters such as shelf size.placement position.and usage area.The specific amount is subject to the formal cooperation agreement signed by both parties.

Sales Commission
Calculated at 15% of the actual transaction amount of the product. The transaction amount is based on the actual received amount recorded in the store system, excluding deductions such as coupons and discounts

Settlement Cycle
Settled monthly

Notes
Payment must be completed before the 5th of each month. Annual cooperative customers can apply for rent reduction discounts. 

The 1st to 10th of each month is the verification period for the previous month's sales data. After both parties confirm the data is correct, the commission payment wil be completed before the15th: detailed sales statements can be requested for inquiry at anytime.
